Frequently Asked Questions

No. South Florida weather can be pretty unpredictable. We recommend that you select a rain date and we will do our best to accommodate you for another date if the new date isn’t already booked. If we are already set up and started and the weather turns bad, we can wait it out up to 30 minutes and then try to resume when rain stops.  

We will keep the fun going but sometimes players like to take breaks in between games and play. We understand this. Some people can play longer than others. It’s ok. Feel free to have food and hydration breaks as you see fit. If someone decides they no longer want to play, that is entirely up to them. Some people like to play and then watch from the sidelines. 

Most local parks require a permit to reserve certain fields. We suggest calling the park well in advance to get this information. We host at many parks and most require us to add them as additional insured. This is a common requirement from the parks department. Any permit fees are the responsibility of the customer. It is also highly recommended to check with your HOA  if hosting on a community property. 

Absolutely!  Please be sure to clean up afterwards.

Our activities are fun for all ages for Knockerball, Foot Darts and our Foam Parties. For Knockerball, 4 feet or taller is a good guide to start . We do have a few smaller Knockerballs for the little ones. Please let us know if they would be needed. 

We are fully insured and can provide a copy of our COI  upon request. Signed waivers are required of ALL participants per our insurance requirement. Anyone who has not signed the  waiver will not be permitted to participate. This is strictly enforced.

The time starts from the time reserved at booking.  Please ensure your guests are ready to start at the start time. 

*Example- You booked a 90 minute Knockerball party from 1pm-2:30pm. Your guests start arriving at 1:30. You are now 30 minutes into your time. Your booking still ends at 2:30pm. We may be able to extend the time depending on if we have another event following yours or not. An overtime charge will apply in this situation if we are able to extend the time.
